Mr. Nauleau is a founder of Integration and has 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. He was named CEO in 1998 and previously had been VP Operations since inception. Prior to Integration, he was VP Operations of Knoware International, an IC verification tool provider, and CAD Manager for Custom Arrays Corporation, a mixed-signal IC company. Mr. Nauleau started his career as a software engineer for Plessey Semiconductor. Mr. Nauleau is a graduate of ENSAM Paris and has an MS in Computer Science from Santa Clara University. Pierre Lamond As a partner as Sequoia Capital, Pierre Lamond focuses on components, software and systems investments. He is also a director of Santur, Turin Networks, Open Silicon and Luxim. Mr. Lamond has been the Chairman of Vitesse Semiconductor (VTSS), Redback Networks (RBAK), Plumtree Software (PLUM), Verisity Design (VRST), Cypress Semiconductor (CY), Microchip (MCHP), Combichem (acquired by Dupont) and a Director of VitalSigns Software (acquired by International Network Services, LU), Convex Computer (acquired by HP) and MarchFirst (MRCH) (formerly USWeb/CKS). Before joining Sequoia Capital in 1981, Mr. Lamond was a founder and technical director of National Semiconductor and the general manager of Fairchild's Integrated Circuit Division. He has also been the president of Advent, a consumer electronics company and Coherent, a manufacturer of lasers. Mr. Lamond is a past president of the Western Association of Venture Capitalists. Emmanuel Hernandez Emmanuel Hernandez is currently chief financial officer of SunPower Corporation. He is responsible for supporting SunPower's rapid manufacturing ramp-up and business expansion. He was previously senior vice president of finance and administration and chief financial officer of Cypress Semiconductor, where he was responsible for worldwide financial reporting, tax and treasury, investor relations, and business development. Prior to joining Cypress, Mr. Hernandez worked at National Semiconductor for 17 years where he held a variety of finance positions, culminating with his appointment to director of corporate accounting. Mr. Hernandez is also a board member and chairman of the audit committee of On Semiconductor Corp. Charles R. Schwab Jr. Mr. Schwab is the Managing Director of Chess Ventures Ltd. Chess Ventures invests in early stage technology companies. Mr. Schwab also serves on the board of Digital Persona, Inc., a biometrics company. Mr. Schwab is a graduate of Northwestern University and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Naveed Sherwani, PhD Dr. Sherwani is President and CEO of Open-Silicon. Prior to co-founding Open-Silicon, Dr. Sherwani was the founder and General Manager of Intel Microelectronics Services where he led efforts to promote the use of disciplined ASIC methodologies to improve design efficiency and time-to-market. Prior to joining Intel, he worked as a consultant for various telecommunications and computer companies, mainly focusing on ASIC design flow and cell library design to improve time-to-market. He also served as a Professor at Western Michigan University, where his research concentrated on VLSI Physical Design Automation, combinatorics, and graph algorithms.
