Jean-Luc Nauleau
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Nauleau is a founder of Integration and has 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. He was named CEO in 1998 and previously had been VP Operations since inception. Prior to Integration, he was VP Operations of Knoware International, an IC verification tool provider, and CAD Manager for Custom Arrays Corporation, a mixed-signal IC company. Mr. Nauleau started his career as a software engineer for Plessey Semiconductor. Mr. Nauleau is a graduate of ENSAM Paris and has an MS in Computer Science from Santa Clara University.

Rafael Fried
Vice President and General Manager of Integration's Wireless Division

Mr. Fried joined Integration in August 2005. He was previously Corporate Vice President of R&D and Vice President of RF Technologies at DSP Group. Mr. Fried has more than 20 years of chip design industrial experience. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from EPFL Switzerland, and holds MsC and BsC degrees in Electrical Engineering, and a BA in Physics, all from Technion in Israel.

Joe Brock
Vice President, General Counsel

Mr. Brock joined Integration in 2000 and had previously served as the corporate legal counsel for the Company since its inception. Prior to joining Integration, Mr. Brock was a corporate and business transactions attorney in private practice for more than 10 years. Mr. Brock was previously a Certified Public Accountant.
