The IA1410 is an advanced BiCMOS optical signal processor in die form. When connected to IAI’s IA1010 or IA1012 (1mmx1mm or 1.2mmx1.2mm) photodiode it performs all transceiver and associated analog signal processing in accordance with IRDA SIR (115kb, MIR (1.152Mb) and FIR (4Mb) Physical Layer Link Specification, Version 1.4. Offered in wafer or die form.
