| IsoBridge™ AC’97 V.92 Silicon DAA Chipset |
| |
|

The IA3111 integrated V.92 (56K) capable codec and IA3222 Direct Access Arrangement (DAA) chipset is suitable for worldwide telecom requirements and standards. The patented IsoBridgeTM isolation technology eliminates the need for usual telecom isolation components, such as transformers or optocouplers, while innovative techniques reduce the overall number of discrete components, thus reducing the cost of the overall function. Developed to meet the most stringent telecom requirements, the chipset provides the flexibility to pass PTT certification worldwide.
The integrated V.92 CODEC offers an AC’97 2.3 compliant interface to connect to any host-based AC’97 controller seamlessly. It has been designed for host processing applications, in which the modulation processing is performed by the main processor: Pentium, RISC, or DSP processors.
