Integration's IA4315, a new member of the EZRadio® product family, is a single-chip, low power multi-channel OOK receiver targeted for the 433MHz, 868MHz, and 915MHz European and US ISM bands respectively. It offers high performance with the highest level of integration, flexibility and programmability, at the lowest BOM and easy design-in. Only a single capacitor is needed, as an external component, apart from the reference crystal, and antenna matching network. Some differential antenna types can be connected directly to the LNA input, eliminating even the need for the matching network.

The IA4315's high resolution Fractional-N PLL enables reception in fine tuned frequencies within the ISM bands to optimize sensitivity, and avoid interference in crowded portions of the spectrum. The programmable IF bandwidth helps to optimize the RF link performance. A much improved sensitivity can be practically achieved when the transmit frequency is accurately known and the occupied bandwidth of the transmitted signal is narrow (this can be achieved when using for example the IA4221 on the Transmit side).
