Integration's IA4910 is a new, digital dynamic biasing IC with programmable analog outputs designed to bias a wide variety of power transistors, especially LDMOS devices. Integration's IA4910 transforms the bias function, changing it from a fixed, "quiescent" value to a digitally controlled "dynamic" variable.

IA4910's unique firmware architecture processes data bi-directionally, sending and receiving data and digital commands on a single wire data bus, translating commands into the analog output required to bias the high power transistor. A single IA4910 can bias four LDMOS devices, and four IA4910's can be connected on the same serial data bus with unique addressing.

With IA4910, Integration combines its expertise in sensor technology and IC development to address the unique problems associated with power amplifier design, manufacturing, and performance.
